Project Overview
Designed and developed a mobile-based School Management System to improve communication between schools and parents. The app includes parent features such as academic records, attendance tracking, homework and announcements, and fee status monitoring. On the administration side, it supports student record management, bulk messaging to parents, and report generation. Built with Flutter using a clean, scalable architecture and mock backend data, the project demonstrates strong UI/UX design, role-based access, and mobile-first development practices.

The Problem
Many schools still rely on manual processes or fragmented communication channels to share important information with parents. This often leads to delays in delivering updates about student performance, attendance, homework, and school announcements. As a result, parents lack timely insight into their children’s academic progress, while school administrators struggle to manage records and communicate efficiently with large groups of parents.
